HGM1780 Genset Controller

SUMMARY

HGM1780 Series generator controller integrating digital, intelligent and network techniques is used for automatic control system of diesel generator. It can carry out functions including automatic start/stop, data measure and alarming. The controller uses LCD display.

PERFORMANCE AND CHARACTERISTICS

Using microprocessor as a core, graphics LCD with big screen and backlight, key touch for operation.
Precision measure and display of
generator voltage (V)
generator frequency (Hz)
generator temperature (oC)
generator pressure (kPa)
speed (rpm)
generator hours count (h)
start battery voltage (V)
generator fuel level (%)
Control protection:
Oil pressure low
Water temperature high
Over Speed / Under Speed
Emergency stop
Start failure
Stop failure
Generator Voltage abnormity
Start battery voltage abnormity
Fuel level low
Have Idle speed and Energised to stop function.
Work mode :Manual、Automatic、Stop。
Power supply range is wide, accommodating to different starting battery voltage environments;
Built-in speed/frequency detecting units can accurately judge the states such as crank success and over speed;
Several crank success conditions are optional;
All parameters use digital modulation, abandoning analog modulation using conventional electronic potentiometer, reliability and stability are increased;
Modular configuration design, inserted type connection terminals, flush type installation, compact structure, easy installation.
Parameters setting: Allow user to modify setting and store them inside internal FLASH memory, the parameters can not be lost even with power down. All parameters can be set by PC used SG72
